 Job Responsibilities

• Receiving telephone calls, mails, e-mails and forward them to the appropriate destinations.
• Applicant should have typing skill in Bengali & English
• Applicant should have maintaining good relation with customer.
• Shall be capable of handling guests directly.
• Sending and receiving faxes with due follow up.
• Shall be Responsible to keep all types of record relating to Front / Reception Desk.
• Ensuring data of employee movements in and out of office.
• Assisting in meeting arrangement and organizer catering.

Job Nature: Full-time/ Part time

Educational Requirements: H.S.C/Graduate (Education will be relaxed for deserving candidates)

Experience Requirements:

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Front Desk, Office Manager
