Job Responsibilities Of One Bank Job Circular 2021

• Overall activities for Recovery/Regularization of NPL/Rescheduled/Stressed Accounts of different Branches assigned by SAM Unit-1, CHQ
• Regular communication and persuasion with NPL/Rescheduled/Stressed borrowers for expedition of Recovery/Regularization
• Periodic/ on demand visit of mortgaged properties, business, present and permanent addresses of borrowers/guarantors under assignment
• Keep regular investigation to SAM client to find out weak points of client for recovery
• Doing proper investigation for tracing out absconded client
• Maintain good communications with the Branches and other related department
• Communicate between external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth work process
• Searching out traceless borrowers, communication with their guarantors whatever needed and submission of report toward SAM Unit-1, CHQ for next course of action
• Regular communication and persuasion with borrowers of Rescheduled Accounts for ensuring regular repayment of installments
• Regular communication and persuasion with borrowers of Stressed Accounts for ensuring recovery of Past dues and Overdue interests in order to keep regular of those accounts/ way out from stressed situation
• Monitoring/follow up of progress on Legal steps taken against borrowers and their guarantors by making liaison with our Legal Division or concern Panel Lawyer
• Taking all possible steps for achievement of Yearly Recovery Target for both your individual as well as the Unit and report to SAM Unit-1, CHQ accordingly
• Any other duties assigned by SAM Unit-1, CHQ

Educational qualification & Experiences

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Recovery
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Negotiation Skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages like MS Word, Excel & Power point along with acceptable typing speed
• Good Communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla
