Terms and details of application in Bangladesh Railway Khalasi Job Circular 2022
- Candidates who have attained the age of 18 years on 01st December, 2021 and who have attained the age of 30 years on 25th March, 2020 will be considered as eligible to apply. However, those who have attained the age of 32 years on March 25, 2020 in the case of sons and daughters of the heroic freedom fighters / martyrs and the physically challenged will also be considered eligible to apply. Affidavit of age proof is not admissible.
- Candidates working in government, semi-government and autonomous organizations must apply through the appropriate authorities. Subject to fulfilling all the conditions of the job candidates will have to tick the box of Departmental Candidate while filling the application form. This condition does not apply to others. However, all employed candidates are required to submit the original copy of the no-objection clearance issued by the employing authority during the oral examination.
- In the case of employment, the existing rules and regulations of the government and the quota system and any subsequent amendment in this regard will be followed. At the time of oral examination, attested copy along with original copy of all certificates should be submitted and attested photocopy along with completed Application Form should be submitted. In addition, as a proof of permanent residence in the district, the certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad, the Mayor / Ward Councilor of the City Corporation, the original copy of the National Identity Card and if the applicant is a son or daughter of a heroic freedom fighter, son or daughter In this regard, the original copy of the certificate issued by the ward councilor / mayor / councilor of the Chairman City Corporation of the concerned Union Parishad along with the original copy of the certificate of the concerned heroic freedom fighter should be submitted.
- Original copy of the certificate / certificate issued by the appropriate authority in support of quota claims other than women’s quota must be submitted.
- Mention of working or retired (living or dead) relationship with the applicant if the candidate is a child of a railway employee (pet means a permanent employee of Bangladesh Railway who has completed at least 20 (twenty) years of service and is the child and widow wife of such working or retired (living or dead) employee). Certificates signed by the controlling officer and counter-signed by the head of the department and proof of affiliation should be submitted.
- The Authority reserves the right to reduce / increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and to cancel / amend the notification.
- The decision of the appointing authority regarding the appointment will be final. No TA / DA will be given for participation in written and oral examinations. During the test, you have to follow the hygiene rules at the test center and participate in the test.
