HR Manager Job Description
HR manager job description s are implement and monitor the Auto group HR plan and policies in the factory and provide full and professional HR services to the factory. Prepare, plan and implement a recruitment and selection program in line with the Group’s policy and procedure. Advise and guide the other managers of the factory on organizational, employee relations, communication as well as grievance handling issues. Ensure congenial IR (industrial relations) environment in the factory and provide appropriate advices while dealing with workers’ representatives. Develop and update compensation and benefits structure of the factory and undertake all related activities as per the Groups’ policy. Ensure maintenance of effective HR manager job description and information system in the factory. Take on proper leave management system in the factory. Maintain Organogram as per company policy.

Job Responsibilities For HR Job Circular Recruitment
- To maintain and followup day-to-day general HR activities that include daily Attendance, Leave, Recruitment, Training, Legal & Corporate affairs.
- To ensure recruitment and selection in the vacant positions as and where required within the stipulated time by sourcing on own initiative.
- To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and prepare / maintain proper report / documentation and take necessary action deemed to be appropriate.
- To appraise the staff’s performance & mentors them to increase productivity.
- Provide necessary support to the factory Compliance team during Buyer / Certification Audit.
- Conduct or arrange formal & informal Training for the Employee/Worker about labor law, certification as well as buyer requirements.
- Assist to formulate various policies & procedures related to HR, Administration & Compliance of the company.
- Monitor and identify manpower requirements and skills mix and make appropriate recommendation to management for implementation
- Assist to review of organizational structures, job analysis, job descriptions/ specifications and job evaluation.
- Monitor HR, Administration & Compliance related tasks, such as Leave Management, replacement jobs and wage payments.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Take initiative to motivate the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability of the factory.
- Liaison with BGMEA and factories to update and provide necessary supports for Group insurance and collecting Insurance benefits.
- Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG sector in Bangladesh.
- Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Educational Requirements for HR Manager Job Circular
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from any reputed public or private university.
- Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Training & Development
