Job Responsibilities Of Eastland Insurance Job

• To lead the overall Finance & Accounts team and also to look after the financial activities & financial management of the company, including- Accounts management, cost management, budgeting and forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, fund management etc. to achieve company’s short and long-term financial goals.
• To take part on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
• To ensure Cash flows appropriate for the company’s operations.
• To assist management to formulate and administer financial policy to ensure that financial discipline is maintained in the organization effectively and efficiently.
• To monitor & direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
• To ensure that all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the provisions of the Statutory / Regulatory bodies and in compliance with the Bangladesh and International Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards etc.
• To monitor & evaluate company’s fundraising plans and capital structure
• To monitor all open legal issues involving the company and legal issues affecting the investment.
• To prepare & submit reliable current and forecasting reports of the fund flows of the company.
• To develop policies regarding financial management, Tax management & VAT strategies and implement thereon.
