Job Responsibilities Of Dhaka Bank Job Circular Dec 2021
- Assist to Head of Treasury to foresee and closely monitor the financial risk (liquidity risk, foreign exchange risk, interest rate risk, capital buffer) in order to mitigate them to align with internal policies, regulations and lenders requirements
- Review monthly business performance analysis, financial performance reports, key covenant reports for lenders, and other reports for stakeholders to ensure they are correct and comply with regulators
- Monitor the FX rate setting and build the good relationship with clients and partners for FX trading in order to improve the FX profit for the bank
- SWAP Buy/Sell and Sell/Buy transaction as per requirement of Money Market desk
- Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies
- Monitor day-to-day cash flow and manage overall liquidity of the bank
- Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions
- Ensure Treasury activities are compliant with regulatory guidelines and ALCO’s guidelines
- Recommend, implement, and maintain process improvements
- Proactively promotes bank products and services and keep the clients informed
- Corresponding with different banks and corporate clients
- Forward contract matching Buy and Sell
- Responsible for Call Money activities and pricing
- Supervising and monitoring all dealer’s position and dealing limits
- Maintaining CRR and SLR with Central Bank within complied limit
- Reporting/communicating to the Head of Treasury regarding all activities time to time
Educational,Experience & Additional Requirements
- Minimum graduate, Finance and Economics graduates will get preference
- At least 8 year(s)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
